Men’s Shelter Bible Study
Pastor Stephen Joyce meets with the inner city men at
the men’s shelter on New York Ave every Tuesday.
Please join and encourage him as he walks these men
in transition through biblical principles and spiritual
encouragements.
Missions Café
Here at About My Father’s Business we have a Missions
Café that serves to refresh the saints by providing juices,
coffees, pastries, and other various snacks. The goal of
our Missions Café is to raise money to help various
overseas ministries and some of our inner-city ministries
that we have here at home. Every dollar that is raised goes
to the full support of these ministries.
Men’s Fellowship
AMFB’s Men’s Fellowship meets every 2nd Sunday of
every Even Month. During this ministry, our men are
encouraged and trained to be leaders in the home and
in the Church. Join us as we face and confront the issues
and challenges that all men are faced with on a daily basis.
Couples Ministry
Every marriage needs encouragement. Join us as our
married couples laugh, cry, share, and grow together
in Christ every 3rd Friday of every Odd Month of the Year.
B’ Attitudes
Does your young teenage girl have an “Attitude”? The
sisters with B’ Attitudes is dedicated to transforming your
teen with the B’ Attitudes of Christ. Please contact us
for more information on this exciting ministry.

Bible Study
Powerful tools for guarding your body, mind, and heart.
Remaining pure while single isn't easy in a culture that
encourages women to use their bodies to gain power and
personal fulfillment. The longing for emotional and physical
connection can gradually and subtly lead you into
compromises you never intended to make. The Bible says
in Eccel: 1:8..........."no matter how much we see we are never
satisfied, no matter how much we hear we are never content."
Only Christ can fill the void that so many woman are looking
for. With the help of the Lord through His Word, learn to be a
“women of integrity”.

Street Evangelism
Every 2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month, a missions team
from About My Father’s Business Outreach Ministries
walks the street passing out Gospel Tracks and Sharing
the Gospel. We also pass out Lunches and Water for those
in need. During this missions ministry we have seen
hundreds of men and women come to know the Lord
Jesus Christ. Please Join us and see what God is doing
on the streets of DC.
Homeless Shelter
About My Father’s Business has the privilege to feed and
serve the Men and Women in transition in the inner city
every 4th Saturday of the Month.
Women’s Fellowship
Join the Women of AMFB as they share with one another
their experiences with Christ. We meet every 4th Friday of
every Even Month. Our goal is to build up the women and
encourage one another in the Word.
Usher’s Team
Our Usher team is dedicated to serving Christ, making our
Guests feels Welcome and to creating an atmosphere of
Worship.
Choir Ministry
Our Choir, Behind The Cross, is a small group of dynamic
voices that help to usher in the presence of the Lord through
song.
Children’s Ministry
“Putting the cookies on the bottom shelf so that the kids
can reach.”
We are dedicated to breaking the Gospel down so that our
children may understand and apply the Word of God to
their lives.
Parenting Ministry
This parenting class is designed to teach godly principles
in child rearing. The results are in: teenage pregnancies,
STD epidemics, incarcerated youth, increased drug usage
amongst our youth, uncontrollable rage, lack of respect for
authority and graveyards filled with youth prove that the
world’s way of raising children doesn’t work. It is time to
get back to basics. Join us every other Sunday, starting
June 22, 2008, as we learn how to ‘Train Up a Child In
the Way They Should Go”.
